D'Arcy Drollinger (FRANK-N-FURTER)
D’Arcy Drollinger is the appointed San Francisco Drag Laureate, the first ever position of its kind in the world. D’Arcy is an actor, writer, director, choreographer, producer and entrepreneur. Drollinger is the owner and artistic director of OASIS, voted San Francisco's best nightclub/cabaret. D’Arcy has written over a dozen original works, including: Bitch Slap, Temple of Poon and Disastrous, as well as the web series Hot Trash. Drollinger’s first feature film, Shit & Champagne, became an instant cult classic and is now streaming on Hulu. D’Arcy is the executive director of San Francisco-based nonprofit, Oasis Arts, dedicated to providing access and resources to LGBTQIA+ artists. Other credits include: The Producers (first Broadway production), and Hairspray the Musical (first Broadway production). Drollinger is the creator of Sexitude™, the body-positive, age-positive, sex-positive dance experience based in San Francisco.

Cheetah Biscotti (Columbia)
Cheetah is very excited to be back in the castle this time as the ultimate groupie Columbia. As a staple of the Bay Area performing arts scene. Cheetah has been seen shimmying their hot dog legs around many stages. Most recently seen in Pompeii Immersive as Velma Kelly. They are well known within the community for their appearances in shows at Oasis including SQREAM (2022 & 2024), The Fresh Prince, BitchSlap, HEXSF, Moist, Princess, and Reparations. Along with BEYOND (UNA Productions) and We Build Houses Here (Detour).

trixxie carr (MAGENTA)
trixxie carr is a subculture celebrity who plays with iconography and myth, and is one of the first drag performers to be celebrated for their unabashed femininity and shameless womanhood, beginning her illustrious career at the infamous "Tshack" at The Stud. Always pushing boundaries and defying assumptions, her politically subversive drag created a shockwave, and she continues to flaunt her individuality, refusing to conform to preconceived standards and expectations. trixxie has performed internationally and nationally, has been on the stage of almost every venue in San Francisco from The Stud to The Warfield, and her original music can be found on trixxiecarr.bandcamp.com and all of the many streaming platforms. Joe Greene (RIFF RAFF)
Joe Greene (He/Him) Riff Raff, is excited to be returning for a 4th year with Oasis Arts and Ray of Light Theatre in Rocky Horror. Joe has appeared in many productions throughout the US and was recently selected as a recipient of the 1st Oasis Arts Cabaret series with the show Vicky Boofont Is Cancelled! as his alter ego, Vicky Boofont. Joe studied extensively at UCB, The Comedy Store and at the SF Comedy College. Joe has been seen on America’s Got Talent, Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 – for a brief second, and was featured in Richard Simmons last exercise video. Joe is recently engaged and loves hanging with his Novio and dog Winston.

Lisa Frankenstein (JANET)
Lisa Frankenstein is the eyes of San Francisco and can be seen hosting Princess at Oasis every Saturday. They have been in many productions at Oasis including SQREAM, Select Thine Own Journey, Saturday Night Oasis, and many more. They're so excited to reprise their role as Janet and can't wait to see you at Raph and Betty's wedding!

Julio Chavez (BRAD)
Julio Chavez (he/him) is excited to be back with Ray of Light Theatre x OASIS, where he was last seen as Brad in the 2021 and 2024 productions of The Rocky Horror Show. Credits: Shakespeare in Something Rotten!, Lee Harvey Oswald in Assassins (Hillbarn Theatre), Usnavi in In the Heights (Custom Made), McDermott in the West Coast premiere of American Psycho (Ray of Light Theatre), Wolf in Into the Woods (Woodminster), Higgins/Pickering u/s and Ensemble in My Fair Lady (SF Playhouse). Julio would like to thank his wife Jill and his family for their loving support. “Los amo de aquí al infinito!”

Austin Tipograph (EDDIE)
Austin Tipograph (Eddie/Dr. Scott) is a Broadway alum (Kristin Chenoweth: My Love Letter to Broadway), Off-Broadway troublemaker (Bare: A Pop Opera), and Hartford Stage holiday ghost (A Christmas Carol). A proud New York City native, he is thrilled to be making his West Coast performance debut with this production. BFA in Musical Theater - The Hartt School. Pokémon fanatic, proud theater nerd, and Oasis superfan—he is over the moon to be performing in one of his favorite places. Endless thanks to the incredible creative team of Ray of Light Theatre and the staff at Oasis for welcoming me into this wild and beautiful family, and to my dad, Peter, for always supporting every endeavor (even if they fought the entire time). Nothing makes me happier than celebrating this wild show with all of you!

Ryan Patrick Welsh (Narrator)
Ryan Patrick (RP) Welsh (he/she/they) is a cabaret & theatre artist who has called San Francisco home for the last ten years. After receiving their Bachelors of Music in Musical Theatre in Washington, DC they performed extensively in the DMV region at theaters like Toby's Dinner Theatre, Studio Theatre, and The Washington Savoyards. Upon moving to SF, Ryan Patrick joined the San Francisco Neo-Futurists where they were a company member for 3.5 years, played in many Peaches Christ Production Movie Parodies, and performed with Baloney, San Francisco's Gay All Male Revue. They returned to big theatre understudying The Wicked Witch of the West in ACT's 'The Wizard of Oz' (Dir. Sam Pinkleton) and playing the fairy, Fremont, in Panto in the Presidio's 'Sleeping Beauty'. RP has put on and performed in many cabarets around the city, many of them at Martunis and Oasis. Their 'one-woman, seven-person' show, Sex, Camp, Rock 'N Roll, has been developing and evolving over the last 3 years, which most recently included a 3 week run at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2024, where it received many 4 & 5 star reviews. RP just finished The SF Chronicle’s “Show of the summer”, ‘Jurassiq Parq’ at Oasis where they played Raptor B - Pynk and sat in the cage for a half hour before the show started for a total of 12 hours of their life.

Em (USHERETTE)
Em (They/Them) is a drag performer, musical theater artist, clown, costume designer and educator. Born and raised in San Francisco, they are affectionately known as “Wem Wem” in the Bay Area performing arts scene. Em has performed with countless theaters and performance communities around the Bay Area, and made their debut as the Usherette during Ray of Light Theatre’s final year of Rocky Horror at the Victoria Theater in 2019. They have been shaking their booty in the role at Oasis with their drag family ever since.

Katy Deines (Phantom)
Katy (she/her) is thrilled to be returning to Frank’s dungeon for the second year! She frequents her favorite spot in San Francisco, Oasis, as a gogo dancer and cabaret singer, and performs around the city at various local events. After studying with Anaheim Ballet, Katy has performed, choreographed, and competed with dance, choir, and theater companies across the country. Some of her favorite credits include Heathers (ensemble), Fiddler on the Roof (Chava), A Chorus Line (Linda/Dance Captain), Hairspray (Brenda) and Napoli with The Royal Danish Ballet. Katy graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2022 and works in public relations full time.

Trixie Aballa (PHANTOM)
Trixie (she/her) is thrilled to be back on the Oasis stage! You may have last seen her as Dr. BD Wong/Spitter in Jurrassiq Parq (hawk-TUAH!!!) and Ensemble in SQREAM. Previous credits include: Fastrada in Pippin (CCCT), Kate in Legally Blonde (Ray of Light) and Mimi in RENT (MMTC). Have a silly, sexy, spooky, lil time!

Yifan Gong (Phantom)
Yifan started his performance journey his senior year of high school, where he stopped playing sports and joined the color guard at his high school, where he was the first boy in the school’s history. After high school, he continued performing with competitive non-profit youth organizations, like the Concord Blue Devils. His background is mostly in ballet, modern, and jazz dance. He’s been a part of Baloney, San Francisco’s all-male gay revue since December of 2022, Terror Vault, and has also danced in Detour Productions’ immersive theatre show Pompeii. He also backup dances, choreographs, and collaborates with various drag performers throughout the city.

Jason Hoover - Director
Jason Hoover (Director) is the former Artistic Director for Ray of Light Theatre and one of the creative minds behind both The Rocky Horror Show and Sqream at Oasis. Additional selected directing credits include: American Psycho, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Little Shop of Horrors, Silence the Musical and Carrie the Musical. As always, Jason would like to thank his parents for their support and the Nolan's for their couch.

Joshua Beld - Assistant Director
Joshua Beld graduated from SFSU in 2010 with a Bachelors of Music in Classical Vocal Performance. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2006, he has been fortunate to work with many performance companies ranging from opera to burlesque and everything in between. His recent show credits include playing Albin/Zsa Zsa in La Cage Aux Folles, the Emcee in Cabaret, Dawn Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Musical, Luis Carruthers in American Psycho, Mr. Hardwick/Mr. Bradley/Ashley/Nick/Johnny/Tim in Debbie Does Dallas the Musical, and 6 male roles in Oasis' production of Sex and the City, Live! which earned him a TBA nomination for Best Featured Performer in a Specialty Performance.

Kitty KaPowww - Stage Manager
Kitty is excited to join the Rocky Horror production team, after recently stage managing the extended run of Oasis Arts’ hit show of the Summer, Jurassiq Parq. They are grateful for the opportunity to revitalize They are also the producer of HEX, San Francisco’s award-winning cabaret celebrating drag, burlesque, and queer deviancy.

Sophia Craven - Lighting Designer
Sophia Craven is a theatrical and concert lighting designer. She has worked around the world touring her designs with Drag Artist clients such as Trixie Mattel, Katya Zamolodchikova, The Boulet Brothers Dragula and Monét X Change . Sophia is so lucky to have called OASIS her creative fish tank for the past 10 years. This is her 4th year working on The Rocky Horror Picture Show and she’s soaking up every moment of collaboration with a deeply talented team of performers, designers and theater makers.

Daniel Harvey - Costumer
Daniel is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia and moved to San Francisco in 2017. He currently works as Artistic Producer & Community Director for Opera Parallèle. In this role, he created 'Expansive' a new annual showcase event for transgender artists in partnership with The Transgender District.
